Our Lady of Mattaponi is up for sale

In 2017, I wrote about the rumors swirling that Our Lady of Mattaponi would be sold.  A anonymous reader  sent in a comment that there is now a For Sale sign at the property.  

And yes, it is for sale for a cool $2.4million.
