No Comment from the National Shrine re Msgr. Rossi

I wrote to the National Shrine three times (June 22, June 27 and July 2) regarding Msgr Rossi.

Other than the canned response ("Thank you for interest in the National Basilica...), there has not been a peep out of them.

Of course, I did not expect them to reply, as is typical in this Archdiocese.  The MO is always: Do not reply, keep silent and this will pass.  Unless, they are caught red handed, as in the case of what they did to George Neumayr, or when Cardinal Wuerl lied about knowing what Cardinal McCarrick did.

(Oh, and none of us -- Melvin, his wife, etc. -- believed Cardinal Wuerl when he was first questioned about McCarrick.  Just because you did not see the legal documents, does not mean you did not know what was going on.  Just a matter of semantics.)

Of course, I expect that Archbishop Gregory will likewise remain silent.  Why not, it was due to their (Msgr. Rossi and himself) that his benefactors (McCarrick and Wuerl) helped to get him to where he is.  Why rock the boat?

The Basilica needs an exorcism to cleanse all the evil there both lingering and present. All the evil men wearing fancy cassocks and putting on fancy shows that have been promoted there and made Bishops like Bransfield, Mgr. Rossi, Mc Carrick and now Gregory who is being place there at the prompting of some prelates behind the curtains. He is a token for sure as in the pecking order he is unlikely the replacement Bishop. We all need to pray to our Lady begging her forgiveness. What a scandal to clergy and lay people.
