Excuse my negativity, but Wuerl doesn't even know how to deal with fallen away Catholics in his own diocese, how is he going to make Catholics out of the Anglicans???
I don't think Wuerl knows how to deal with faithful Catholics, let alone fallen away Catholics.
Could it be that the main reason Wuerl is in DC is that a German pope hoped that a German American bishop would follow his lead. The poor pope must be disappointed.
