A Possible Indictment?

This weekend clergy and lay Catholics should be aware that the Archdiocese of Washington is now, and has been under investigation by the State of Maryland Criminal investigators. If you have evidence contact the State investigators. These investigations originated because of the horrible, destructive and fatal sexual abuse or assault crimes committed by priests; and of course the decades old and ongoing denials and cover ups carried out by Church clergy and lay staff. Since the 1950s and 1960s and in the decades since then there have been hundreds of criminal actions carried out by our Catholic clergy and knowledgeable Lay Catholics.

Particular individual priests have faced possible criminal indictments. Of course auxiliary bishops, bishops and Cardinals have been or might be a part of past or ongoing investigations. Criminal cover ups require teamwork. For years priests, Laity and our Archbishops have known about the boy and girl— both trusting Catholic kids—-who were raped separately by two different priests in Southern Maryland. They were told to shut up and were falsely accused of being liars—- by the Archdiocese of Washington clergy. Both acts of denial and “accusing the victims” is an old traditional defense strategy used by the Catholic Church. Tragedy is clearly recognizable in the losses of these two kids who took their own lives.

Today’s clergy and maybe Church laypeople are deliberately stonewalling and covering up. The priest who heads the Archdiocese of Washington Archives and a Canon Lawyer, has yet to give State investigators access to the necessary Church documents. Lacking such access makes it nearly impossible for investigators to more thoroughly clarify matters, including the roles carried out by priests and laity in both past or ongoing cover ups. This can include the possible destruction of evidence concerning the above two kids. This Canon Lawyer has been unwilling to work in a more cooperative way with the State of Maryland investigators. He could willingly provide them with greater access to the Archdiocesan Archives. But he chooses not to do thus! Is this unwillingness a crime?

A DC Priest Refused His Paycheck...

 

Priests in the Archdiocese of Washington are given a paycheck, like any other priest in any other diocese.  Well, it seems that the Arch. of Washington has denied a priest his pay, serving in a position that the Cardinal has mandated him to do.

Last week I was refused my paycheck. This of course is not exactly shocking. My homosexual Cardinal of Washington has already asked Rome to dismiss me from priesthood because he claims I am disobedient. I am not disobedient! We have spoken. He destroys men!s lives. I have witnessed him destroy the good names of priests. Rather I have been very frank to his face and told him I will not be coerced by his own abuse of the powers he holds as my bishop.

Since the 1860s my Archbishop has been a champion protector among our sexually promiscuous American priests and bishops. In my letter sent in late May 2023, I asked him if he had ever lied down and made live with another homosexual man? I asked because I received a phone call informing me that this Cardinal, Wilton Gregory had been known as the “African Queen” when he was the Archbishop of Atlanta. So I wrote and asked him if this was true? That was around May 30,2023. I have yet to hear back from Archbishop Gregory. Nonetheless his silence has spoken.

Where in the world is (former Cardinal) McCarrick?

For those of you who may or may not know, Mr. McCarrick has left the Kansas friary, where he had been staying for the last few months. 

There are a number of reports pointing to a specific location in Florida.  

Of course, the issue that he is now in Florida is of concern, or should be of concern, to all those living in the area.

However, there is a much bigger issue, which I believe that is important:  How did he get from Kansas to Florida?  And, I don't simply mean did he drive, fly, take a bus, etc.

No, it is more important to know the following:

• Is McCarrick being moved — again — by orders of someone in the hierarchy?
• If so, who is that person or persons?
• Why is he being moved?
• Who is paying for all this?
• Is the timing of all this related to the soon-to-be-released Vatican investigation, and if so, is it a deliberate attempt to get him away from any media who knew his former location in Kansas?
• Just how reliable or authoritative can any report be that's prepared by a man handpicked by the same pope who resurrected the very man under investigation?

I do not believe that Cardinal Wuerl did not know about what happened in Trenton, Metuchen, and Newark

I do not believe that Cardinal Wuerl did not know of the settlements.  

He may not have seen the settlement documents and the paper trail, but he knew.  The story has been around for years.

And, you shouldn't believe him either.

WASHINGTON, D.C., July 30, 2018 (LifeSiteNews) – Cardinal Donald Wuerl knew nothing of the abuse settlements paid to sex abuse victims of his predecessor Cardinal Theodore McCarrick, according to a letter sent to priests of the Archdiocese of Washington.

The letter, which came from Archdiocesan Vicar General Monsignor Charles Antonicelli, informed priests in the Archdiocese: “Neither the Archdiocese of Washington nor Cardinal Wuerl knew about these confidential settlements until this most recent credible and substantiated allegation against Cardinal McCarrick was made public.”

Is SNAP's time up?

This basic story was reported in this weekend's Washington comPost but did not give much detail as to why. I meant to do it this weekend, but did not get the chance. However, the Catholic News Agency goes into more detail, as SNAP may have received information in violation of a judge's gag order and then published some of that information.

A group claiming to advocate for clergy sex abuse victims says it will not comply with a court order asking it to turn over documents, amid concerns that it had received information in violation of a judge’s gag order.

The Survivors Network of those Abused by Priests, known as SNAP, has said that it will refuse to submit to a judge’s request for information involving allegations of sexual abuse against a Missouri priest.

SNAP director David Clohessy told CNA on Jan. 3 that his organization should be held to a “different standard” of transparency than Church leaders and dioceses, which he described as “organizations that enable and conceal thousands of pedophiles to rape tens of thousands of kids.”

Politics Daily expresses regret, removes article incriminating US apostolic nuncio

After publishing an article last week that incriminated the U.S. apostolic nuncio by suggesting he regularly insults an alleged victim of clerical abuse in Washington D.C., Politics Daily removed the “disquieting” article and expressed regret they had published it.
