If you read my posting in January carefully, you would have read that I am looking for a listing of exactly where the money is going.
In other words, if the money is being spent on Education, list schools and how much each received. If spent on Special Ministries, then what ministries are they.
It does not look like you did not complete your homework.
Mea Culpa! And, excellent point. No hesitation on the AB's part to show EXACTLY how much each parish is contributes, but little to no reporting on how it was distributed.
