Is Fr Marcel Guarnizo under the supervision of ANY bishop? He is ordained for the Archdiocese of Moscow, Russia, was somehow a loose cannon in the Archdiocese of Washington, DC for awhile, and now shows up in Rome. There is a desperate need for priests in Russia. I wish he would serve his own archdiocese which is in huge need.
