When was this fund established?
Where did the funds for the McCarrick fund come from?
Were those funds given specifically for this fund or were they diverted from the general donations or Archdiocesan appeal?
How were monies solicited for this fund?
Can
you provide a listing of all monies distributed (who, where, when, how
much) in the last 10 years? If you cannot or will not provide a
listing, please explain why?
Has this fund had annual audits conducted? If not, why not?
Can you provide copies of the audit review for this fund for the last ten years? If not, why not?
How much money is currently left in this fund?
Is
money from the fund, invested and where is it invested? Who is
monitoring/managing this and are they (individual or company) being
compensated? If compensated, what is the compensation?
